7m lift Turbofarmers with the unique Merlo sideshift front axle come in two load capacities - 3.6 tonnes or 4.1 tonnes. The choice of variant depends upon the sophistication of the hydraulic system and the engine power required.

Most farm applications are well catered for by the 7m range but more farmers are becoming interested in a little more reach, which is ably supplied by a brand new, three-section boom lifting to 9.70m!

It’s increasingly popular for customers to specifiy options such as the air conditioning package and one of the two suspension systems, to gain both comfort and performance advantages.

Merlo Turbofarmers with sideshift/levelling axle

There are two Deutz engine options - most models use the turbocharged 102HP variant but two rigid ‘TOP’ models feature a new 140HP aftercooled turbo version. That’s truly stunning HP/tonne!

There are three hydraulic systems as well - simple gear pump or the more efficient and faster variable displacement piston pumps of the two Load-sensing solutions.

All Turbofarmer models can be fitted with one of two Merlo suspension systems - BSS Boom Suspension or the fully active EAS front axle suspension.
