“We started in early 1980” says partner Neville Austin,”And we’ve always traded upon our service - only actively starting to sell small cultivation equipment five years ago”.

Now, a second workshop is being constructed for servicing combines, and they have four vans on the road, servicing a 15 mile radius of their base near Thetford. Merlo Regional Manager Paul Cater is delighted to welcome them as dealers - “Customers were elated when we announced Cranworth’s appointment at the last Norfolk Show” he says. “Their reputation for service at a sensible price has made them a lot of friends in the area.”
